Art of Well-Being

Do You Need Time Just To Care for Yourself? Refresh your spirit, and replenish your Well-Being at Well of Mercy.

You are the artist of your days and this retreat provides an opportunity to imagine Well-Being in your own life.

Your finest work, your best movements, your joy, your peace and healing come from loving yourself. When you give the gift of self-love, you also give permission to others to do the same. Self Care is not selfish….Self care is all about your Well-Being.

Discover care for yourself through relaxation, restoration, and recharging. Enjoy time in nature, silence, and practices that support your journey. Allow yourself to be nurtured; body, mind, and spirit through participating in self-compassion practices, enjoying lovingly prepared meals, exploring reflective journaling, creating collages, practicing healing meditation, forest-bathing, walking labyrinth meditation, and being in nature. Rejuvenate yourself and move into the world with your own personal “Care Vision”.

Retreat is limited to 10 participants. Early registration is encouraged. Cost includes retreat, materials, handouts, and lodging for 3 nights in a private guest room with a private bath. The beautiful Sisters House accommodations are also available.

Therapeutic services of Spiritual Direction, Massage, and Healing Touch are available for additional fees.

This Well-Being retreat is designed and presented by Well of Mercy staff.
