Don’t miss this 4-session workshop when chaplain and workplace communication advisor Brent Anderson, M.Div, shares proven techniques for sparking conversation, leading effective dialogue, practicing sincere listening and managing conflict. Get ready for peaceful, productive exchanges that heal broken relationships. The retreat draws from Christian contemplative spirituality, a decade of chaplaincy experience, and spiritual direction, along with neurobiology, social psychology, and empathy research. This 4-session Zoom retreat incorporates individual reflection, small-group conversation, time for connection and humor.
