Gratitude Mindfulness Mini Retreat
If the only Prayer you ever say in your entire life is “Thank You” that will be enough.
-Meister Eckhart
Join us in the beautiful space of Well of Mercy to focus on gratitude and thankfulness. This afternoon is a time to slow down, take a deep breath and immerse yourself in mindful appreciation and gratitude.
Begin the day with a gentle guided meditation to nourish and ground the body and mind. With time to reflect and journal, you will also have additional guided meditations for opening the heart of compassion and appreciative joy. Retreat time (sprinkled throughout the afternoon) will offer an opportunity for a mindful nature walk and some free time to explore the beauty of nature at The Well.
Lastly, you will create an earth mandala from nature items collected during the nature walks. A reminder to immerse yourself in mindful appreciation and gratitude, no matter how big or how small.
