Reflections and Intentions Retreat: Vision for the New Year
Reflect. Vision. Dream. Create.
Immerse yourself in the quiet and look back through the past year to reflect with gratitude, and envision what you want to create for yourself in 2024.
Through contemplative practices of quiet, centering prayer, and labyrinth walks, there will be time to reflect on the past year. As you look back, with the gift of compassion, you will be invited to reflect on what worked and what did not. There will be an opportunity to reflect with gratitude on gifts received and gifts given.
In the beautiful setting of Well of Mercy, you will be invited to reflect and vision, seeking clarity about what you want to create for your life in the months and the year ahead. What dreams do you see for your life, body, mind and spirit?
This retreat will allow an opportunity for you to set intentions for:
- What you hope to birth in 2024.
- How you will nurture yourself.
- What gift(s) you will commit to giving yourself in the next year.
You will create a vision board, pick a word and/or mantra for the year and create things to remind you of those mantras during the course of the upcoming year.
Come make it a time of revelation and find yourself joyfully daring to declare!
The retreat is limited to 12 participants. Early registration is encouraged. The cost includes retreat, materials, handouts and lodging for 2 nights in a private guest room with a private bath.
