Resilience Journaling for Balance and Peace

Transform traumatic events into opportunities for growth during this interactive writing workshop at Well of Mercy that highlights how to use therapeutic journaling. Become more resilient by reframing failures into successes and changing unhelpful habits into ones that strengthen wellbeing.

Sandra E. Johnson, therapeutic journaling expert and author of the Resilience Journal: 365 Days to Balance and Peace of Mind, will detail how people can use guided journaling to significantly improve their emotional and physical resilience, turn failures into successes; and change unhelpful habits into ones that strengthen wellbeing.

Sandra will lead interactive exercises, based on excerpts from The Resilience Journal, to include a walking meditation on Well of Mercy’s labyrinth.

The workshop includes an autographed copy of the book. Please contact the office if you would like to extend your visit with an overnight stay for only $90 more (a $20 discount). Office hours: Wednesday – Saturday 10am-5pm. 704-539-5449
