Take a Tour
Take a virtual trip to Well of Mercy before your retreat to get a feel for the environment. Or revisit the video after your retreat and return to the special places from your time on this healing property.
Day Guests
Come “on your own” for a time of personal reflection, rest, restoration, and renewal. Your private retreat provides time in a supportive and contemplative environment for you to explore the quiet sanctuary of Well of Mercy.
Enjoy the beauty of Well of Mercy while walking the prayer path, reflecting at one of the fourteen prayer stations, watching the creek take your cares away, sitting on a bench or lying in one of the hammock chairs.
Many guests enjoy listening to the sounds of the birds singing, watching the butterflies flutter by, or taking a nap in one of the many swings or rocking chairs.
During your unstructured and unscheduled retreat time you may wish to walk the outdoor labyrinth, meditate/pray in the Chapel in the woods, enjoy therapeutic services, visit the Peace Room library and read, journal your thoughts and musings, visit Laura’s Place and sit by the fire on a chilly day, or sit outside and listen to the sounds of nature.
Your personal retreat time is just for you to allow your body, mind and spirit the sacred space to renew.
All visits are by reservation. Call to check availability and to schedule your retreat.
